4 Part Course - Order parts separately or in bundles
Part 1 and Part 2 Attorneys will learn what conduct and attributes offend the public and which are respected by the public, and how to improve the public’s perception of attorneys. Attorneys will learn which foot to put forward, and learn which ‘third rails’ should be avoided in order to promote respect and confidence in the legal profession.
Part 3 This Part will focus upon and discuss attorney advertising and how it affects image, professionalism, integrity, and ethics; and will offer recommendations on what to avoid, and how to improve attorney advertising in a way that will gain respect and promote confidence in the legal profession.
Part 4 This session will focus upon and discuss attorney communication skills and trial conduct, and how they affect attorney image, professionalism, integrity, civility, and ethics; and will offer recommendations on how to improve attorney client relationships and trial conduct. Attorneys will learn what offends the public and what is respected by the public, and how to put their best foot forward, and avoid ‘third rails’ to improve their image and promote respect and confidence in the legal profession.
